Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all military-grade tags and labels are still securely attached.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
